West to northwest winds 20 to 25 MPH with gusts 25 to 35 MPH for Saturday. * HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent Friday and Saturday. Poor overnight humidity recoveries are expected Thursday and Friday night. * HIGHEST THREAT...The most critical fire weather conditions are expected along the Interstate 80 corridor east of the Laramie Range into the southern Nebraska Panhandle.
