Expect foggy conditions this morning, locally dense across southeast West Virginia, into the Mountain Empire of southwest Virginia. In addition, black ice on roads where its at or below freezing can be expected as well. Visibilities will be a half mile or less in the dense fog. Be careful traveling, especially along I-81 between Bristol and Wytheville, I-77 between Wytheville and Beckley, and I-64 between Covington and Beckley. Visibilities should improve after 9am.
